The SSPF uses the Akta express system, which allows us to purify upto 6 proteins in parallel overnight. We use a four-step purication protocol: 1) Metal chelate affinity column 2) Desalt column/Automated proteolytic removal of his-tag 3) Clean up over second metal chelate affinity column 4) Gel filtration
